Isolate your sample according to the protocols on the sample prep page.
Load at least the amount specified for your platform in the table below into a 1.5ml tube. (Regardless of concentration, please submit at least 3 microliters)

Log in to the WCIMC Project database (in the blue bar on the left)
Select the appropriate project from your My Projects list. For more information about WCIMC Projects, see the User's Manual
After you place your order, you'll receive an email with a completed Submission Sheet (in PDF form). Print out this sheet.
Label your tubes with the sample number from the sheet on the top, and the date on the side. Please do not use tape.
Bring your samples, along with the printed out sheet, to the WCIMC during standard business hours. If you're not at Emory University, follow the instructions on the Shipping Samples page
Your samples will be assessed for quantity and quality within three business days (unless they are DNA)
When you receive your QA results, place a Hybridization order for the samples you wish to proceed with
Within two weeks, you'll receive your expression data (genotyping results take longer)
